The name Trio was inspired by the three generations of cooks that Amanda was a part of growing up that shaped her life. The Trio Olive Branch logo stems from Amanda’s mediterranean roots. Olives represent peace and victory, the exact type of feeling she wants her customers to feel at the end of a long day.
